What this site is
This website describes the AI Operations Audit + First Workflow offered by Pantheon AI, an agency operated by Pantheon Industries. It exists so you can understand the offer and ask for a conversation. It isn't a contract, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.
How to reach a person
The request form is our only contact channel. It records your details for our team to review, and a person follows up by a call or a text — those are the channels we can actually use. This site doesn't send or receive email, we have no business inbox, and we don't run a phone line through it. We aim to respond within a few business days, but we don't promise a response time.
Scope and fees
Scope and fee are agreed after the audit conversation, in writing, once we know how your team works and what the first workflow would involve. This site publishes no prices and can't take payments — nothing here charges you anything, and we don't collect card details.
How we use AI
Pantheon AI uses AI to support workflows. Important communications, decisions, and client-facing actions remain subject to human review and approval. We don't sell, and don't plan to sell, unsupervised bots that contact people, negotiate, contract or act in your accounts on their own. We don't access client accounts or systems without your authorisation.
What we don't claim
We're an early agency. This site carries no client logos, testimonials, case studies, partner claims or revenue results, because we don't have them to publish. We make no guarantee of results, revenue, leads or rankings, and we claim no legal or regulatory certification or compliance standard. Any case study we publish later will be one we can evidence.
Information on this site
We aim to keep this page accurate and current, and we change or remove parts of it as the offer develops. Nothing here is legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
Your details
What we do with information you send through the form is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Engagements
Formal terms for a paid engagement are agreed in writing for each project, alongside the written scope and fee, and they take precedence over anything on this website.
