Short version: the details you send through the request form are used to reply to your request, they are not sold, and they are not published anywhere. This page explains that in full.
Who we are
Pantheon AI is an AI operations agency operated by Pantheon Industries. This policy covers this website and the audit request form on it.
What you send us
The request form asks for your name, a phone or mobile number, your business or team name, your preferred contact method, and a description of the bottleneck you want fixed. It also offers an email address field, which is optional and kept only on your record — we have no business inbox yet, so we can't reply by email. You can also add a website or social handle, where you are at, a timeline and how you heard about us — those are optional too. Nothing else on this site collects information about you, and we don't add advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we hold it
Only to review your request and reply to you on the contact method you chose, and to keep a record of what was asked and answered. That's it.
Who can see it
Pantheon AI team members reviewing incoming requests. Submissions are stored in our own private lead record, which is not published, not linked from any public page, and not readable without our internal access token.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your details. We don't add you to a marketing list. We don't use your details for automated cold outreach, and this site doesn't send automated emails or texts — a person reads every submission and follows up personally.
How long we keep it
For as long as your request and the conversation around it are useful to us. If you want your details corrected, removed, or the contact to stop, say so through the request form and we'll do it.
Services we use to run the site
The site is hosted on a third-party hosting service, and submitted requests are stored in our own database. If we bring in a tool that touches your details in a way this page doesn't describe, we'll update this page before relying on it.

This page describes how we actually handle your details in plain language. It is not a claim of any certification, accreditation or audit standard, and it isn't legal advice.
